1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Figma2Jira ("Service"), operated by Good Looking Code, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including but not limited to design teams, product managers, developers, and organizations using our AI-powered Figma-to-Jira integration platform.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Core Functionality

Figma2Jira is an AI-powered automation platform that bridges design and development workflows by:

• Automatically scanning Figma files for design comments and feedback using our browser plugin
• Using Google Gemini AI to analyze and categorize design feedback through multi-stage processing
• Generating structured Jira tickets with prioritization, acceptance criteria, and technical details
• Providing project management dashboards for review and approval workflows
• Analyzing Git repositories for technical context and complexity assessment
• Enabling seamless communication between design and development teams
• Supporting cross-thread analysis and duplicate detection

2.2 Integration Requirements

To use the Service, you must have valid accounts and appropriate permissions for:

• Figma: Professional or Organization plan with API access
• Jira: Valid Jira Cloud or Server instance with project creation permissions
• Git Integration: GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar version control access (optional)
• Browser Plugin: Figma2Jira plugin installed in supported browsers

2.3 AI Processing and Data Analysis

Our Service uses advanced AI models (Google Gemini) to process design feedback and generate tickets through a multi-stage analysis pipeline. The AI processes:

• Comment text, author information, and spatial context
• Cross-thread relationships and duplicate detection
• Technical complexity from Git repository analysis
• Project management learning patterns and preferences

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by qualified team members before implementation. You retain full control over approval and modification of all generated content.

3. User Accounts and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Security

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access
• OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage

3.3 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to the Service or other users.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

4.1 Subscription Plans

Figma2Jira operates on a subscription basis with the following structure:

• Free Trial: first week free with full access
• Monthly Subscription: $10/month after trial period
• Usage Credits: Included scan and ticket creation credits
• Overage Billing: Additional usage beyond included limits
• Referral Program: Earn credits by referring other users

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service
• Trial periods can be cancelled without charge
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service or other users' access
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API rate limits
• Process sensitive or confidential information without proper authorization

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are responsible for all content processed through the Service, including Figma comments, Git repository data, and generated Jira tickets. You must ensure you have the right to access and process such content.

5.3 Data Processing Limits

The Service is designed for processing design feedback and project management workflows. You agree not to use the Service for processing sensitive personal data, financial information, or other regulated content without explicit written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Good Looking Code, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including AI analysis and ticket generation.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (tickets, descriptions, acceptance criteria) is created based on your input data. You own the rights to this generated content, subject to the underlying AI model's terms of service.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:

• Account information and authentication data
• Figma file metadata, comments, and design context
• Jira project configurations and ticket data
• Git repository analysis and technical complexity data
• AI analysis outputs and learning patterns
• Usage analytics and performance metrics

7.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and type-safe database operations. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage.

7.3 Data Retention

Data retention periods are specified in our Privacy Policy. You may request data export or deletion through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOOD LOOKING CODE, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8.3 AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before implementation.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account through the Service settings.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9.3 Data Upon Termination

Upon termination, your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy retention schedule. You may export your data before termination through the account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
